Clinical Pharmacology
Broth or infusion of collection has anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, choleretic and mild laxative effect.
Indications
As a symptomatic remedy for diseases of the gastrointestinal organs, accompanied by pains of a spastic nature; constipation (as a mild laxative).
Composition
Buckthorn bark 30%, Nettle leaves 30%, Peppermint leaves 20%, Valerian rhizomes with roots 10%, Calamus rhizomes 10%

About 5 g (1 tablespoon) of the collection is placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover with lid and heat on a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, cool for 10 minutes at room temperature, filter. The remaining raw material is pressed. The volume of the resulting broth is brought to 200 ml with boiled water.
Administered orally to food on 1/2 glasses in the morning and in the evening.
Before using the broth is recommended to shake.
Adverse reactions
Allergic reactions are possible. With prolonged use, there may be a feeling of thirst, headache, pain in the heart area, weight loss, weakening or lack of a laxative effect, constipation.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug; calculous cholecystitis, intestinal obstruction, bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract, acute abdomen syndrome, acute inflammatory diseases of the abdominal organs, pregnancy, breastfeeding period, children under 12 years of age.
Overdosage
Possible colics abdominal pain. Treatment: symptomatic.
