Clinical Pharmacology
The action of the drug Aflubin is the result of the cumulative effect of its components, therefore, conducting kinetic observations is not possible; collectively, components cannot be traced using markers or bioassays. For the same reason, it is impossible to detect metabolites of the drug.
Complex homeopathic medicine.
It has anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, antipyretic, detoxification effect.
It has antiviral activity.
Promotes the increase in the activity of nonspecific factors of local immunity.
Reduces the intensity and duration of intoxication and catarrhal syndromes, normalizes the function of the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract.
Indications
- Combined therapy and prevention (planned and emergency) of influenza, parainfluenza and acute respiratory diseases.
- Treatment of inflammatory and rheumatic diseases involving articular pain.
Composition
1 homeopathic sublingual tablet contains:
Active substances: gentiana (Gentiana) D1 - 3.6 mg, aconite (Aconitum) D6 - 37.2 mg, bryonia (Bryonia) D6 - 37.2 mg, iron phosphate (Ferrum phosphoricum) D12 - 37.2 mg, lactic acid (Acidum sarcolacticum) D12 - 37.2 mg.
Excipients: lactose monohydrate; potato starch; magnesium stearate.

Dosage and Administration
With influenza and acute respiratory disease (1-2 days of illness) for children under 1 year of age, Aflubin is prescribed in 1/2 tab. or 1 cap., children 1-12 years old - 1/2 tab. or 5 cap., adults and adolescents - 1 tab. or 10 cap .. Reception rate - no more than 3-8 times / day.
In case of influenza and acute respiratory disease (advanced stage), children under 1 year old are prescribed 1/2 tab. or 1 cap., children 1-12 years old - 1/2 tab. or 5 cap., adults and adolescents - 1 tab. or 10 drops. Reception frequency - 3 times / day for 5-10 days.
For routine prevention of influenza at the beginning of the cold season or 1 month prior to the annual expected peak in incidence, children under 1 year old are prescribed 1/2 tab. or 1 cap., children 1-12 years old - 1/2 tab. or 5 cap., adults and adolescents - 1 tab. or 10 cap .. Reception rate - 2 times / day. Course duration - 3 weeks.
For emergency prevention of influenza and acute respiratory infections immediately after contact with the sick or after severe hypothermia in children under 1 year of age, Aflubin is prescribed in 1/2 tab. or 1 cap., children 1-12 years old - 1/2 tab. or 5 cap., adults and adolescents - 1 tab. or 10 cap .. Reception rate - 2 times / day. Course duration - 2 days.
For the treatment of inflammatory and rheumatic diseases involving articular pain, 1-12 years old children - 1/2 tab. or 5 cap., adults and adolescents - 1 tab. or 10 cap. The frequency of admission - 3-8 times / day at the beginning of treatment (1-2 days), in the future - 3 times / day for 1 month.
At the onset of the disease, as well as in cases requiring rapid relief of symptoms, it is possible to take the drug Aflubin every 0.5-1 hours, 8-10 drops, but not more than 8 times / day. After improving the condition, the drug is prescribed 3 times / day.
Aflubin drug is taken 30 minutes before or 1 hour after a meal. Drops taken in pure form or diluted in 1 table. l water. Children under 1 year old drops diluted in 1 Chin. l water or breast milk. 1/2 tab. should also be dissolved in 1 tsp. l water or breast milk and give 1 cap. It is recommended to hold the drug in the mouth for some time before swallowing. The tablet should be kept under the tongue until complete resorption.
