Clinical Pharmacology
The drug neutralizes free hydrochloric acid, which leads to a decrease in the peptic activity of gastric juice. Does not cause secondary hypersecretion. It also has an adsorbing and enveloping effect, reducing the influence of damaging factors on the mucous membrane.
Indications
Peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer in the acute phase; Acute gastroduodenitis, chronic gastroduodenitis with normal or increased secretion in the acute phase; Hernia of the esophageal opening of the diaphragm, reflux esophagitis;
- Dispeptic phenomena (and their prevention) resulting from the use of certain drugs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, corticosteroids, etc.);
- Discomfort or epigastric pain, heartburn, sour belching after errors in diet, excessive use of alcohol, coffee, nicotine, etc.
Composition
One tablet contains-
Aluminum hydroxide 400, 00 mg
Magnesium hydroxide 400, 00 mg
Excipients: mannitol, sucrose, powdered sugar with starch, sorbitol, sodium saccharinate, magnesium stearate, mint flavor.

Dosage and Administration
pills should be absorbed or chewed thoroughly.
Adults: 1-2 pills 3-4 times a day, 1-2 hours after meals and overnight. When reflux esophagitis drug is taken a short time after meals. The course of treatment should not exceed 2-3 months and. Adverse reactions

Drug interactions

Special instructions
