Clinical Pharmacology

Allomedin® is a clear hydrogel designed for skin care, as well as protection against disruption of its normal functioning.
Contains the unique synthetic peptide Allostatin 1.
EFFECT ON SKIN.
Allomedin® optimally cares for the skin and mucous membranes during manifestations of human papillomavirus infection. It can lead to the elimination of external manifestations of human papillomavirus infection and prevent the occurrence of repeated manifestations.
Allomedin®, due to the properties of the peptide Allostatin 1, optimally cares for the sensitive skin of the lips, face and body, and contributes to the restoration and maintenance of its elasticity, natural appearance.
Allomedin® is a colorless, odorless hydrogel, has a light texture, absorbs quickly, leaving no traces on the skin’s surface, which allows it to be used simultaneously with basic care and to apply decorative cosmetics.
Allomedin® does not irritate and sensitize the skin.

Indications

It is recommended to apply Allomedin® with a thin layer on the skin areas of the lips, face and body that are especially sensitive to external influences (sun exposure, hypothermia, dehydration, irritation).
It is enough to apply the gel 2-3 times a day or as needed to restore and maintain the functional state of the skin.

Composition

Allomedin® is available as a clear hydrogel. It consists of the peptide Allostatin 1 and auxiliary ingredients: water, Carbopol, allantoin, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerol, sodium hydroxide.

Dosage and Administration

Allomedin is applied to damaged areas of the skin and mucous membranes, where it is quickly absorbed and has a local protective and regenerating effect. The duration of the gel depends on the nature of the damage. With minor herpetic eruptions in the face, it is usually enough to apply the gel 1-3 times during the day for 1-2 days. For more severe herpes virus lesions, the gel should be applied 1-3 times a day for 5-7 days. When human papillomavirus infection is recommended to apply the gel 1-2 times a day, the duration of use is determined by the doctor (positive effect - elimination of the virus from the tumor is confirmed by laboratory - PCR).

Adverse reactions

To date, any undesirable side effects of Allomedin® have not been described. This does not exclude the possibility of individual intolerance to the components of the gel by individuals. In such cases, its use is contraindicated.
