Clinical Pharmacology
Anti-Angin Formula - a combined drug, has an antiseptic and local anesthetic effect; inhibits the excitability of pain receptors. Increases non-specific resistance of the body. Chlorhexidine diacetate - local antiseptic destroys all known pathogens of inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity and throat. Tetrakaina hydrochloride is a local anesthetic that quickly and relieves sore throat for a long time.
Indications
Prevention and treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the mouth and throat (stomatitis, gingivitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, periodontal disease, the initial stage of tonsillitis, the condition after tonsillectomy or extraction of the tooth).
Composition
1 spray dose contains:
Active substances: chlorhexidine digluconate; tetracaine hydrochloride;
Excipients: glycerol 85%, ethanol 96%, aspartame, mint flavor, propyl parahydroxybenzoate, anhydrous citric acid, purified water.

Dosage and Administration
Locally. Keep in mouth until completely absorbed.
Adults and children from 15 years: 6 pills per day with an interval of 2 hours.
Children from 5 to 10 years: 3 pills per day with an interval of 4 hours.
Children from 10 to 15 years: 4 pills per day with an interval of 3 hours.
Adverse reactions
Allergic reactions.
Intensive consumption can cause damage to the tooth enamel.
CAUTION: In the II and III trimesters of pregnancy as prescribed by the physician, lactation, diabetes mellitus, deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, hemochromatosis, sideroblastic anemia, thalassemia, hyperoxaluria, oxalosis and kidney disease.
Drug interactions
Tetracaine reduces the antibacterial activity of sulfanilamide drugs. Vasoconstrictor agents prolong the effect and reduce the toxicity of tetracaine.
Ascorbic acid increases the concentration in the blood of benzylpenicillin and tetracyclines, increases the risk of crystalluria in the treatment of short-acting salicylates and sulfonamides, reduces the concentration in the blood of oral contraceptives.
Special instructions
Not recommended for use simultaneously with drugs for the treatment of oral cavity and pharynx, containing iodine (Lugol solution, Povidone-iodine). Ascorbic acid, which is part of the drug, can change the results of some laboratory tests, which should be reported when conducting tests.
Overdosage
Overdose symptoms: dizziness, general weakness, cyanosis, agitation, anxiety, muscle tremor, respiratory failure, nausea, vomiting.
Treatment: gastric lavage, the appointment of saline laxatives; symptomatic therapy.
