Clinical Pharmacology
Aurobin has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and local anesthetic effects.
Indications
- processes involving inflammation of the perianal region;
- an itch of an anus, eczema and permatal dermatitis;
- anal fissures, hemorrhoids;
- fistula anus.
Composition
1 g ointment contains prednisolone capronate 2 mg, lidocaine hydrochloride 20 mg, D-panthenol 20 mg;
Excipients: polysorbate 60, triclosan, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, cetyl alcohol, glycerol, propylene glycol, macrogol stearate, liquid paraffin, dimethicone, oil neutral, stearic acid, purified water.

Dosage and Administration
Ointment is applied with a thin layer on the affected surface 2-4 times a day. With internal hemorrhoids, a small amount of ointment is injected into the rectum 2–4 times a day. When the severity of symptoms decreases, ointment is used less frequently (1–2 times a day).
Contraindications
Aurobin can not be used to treat the eyes or the periorbital area.
Pregnancy and Lactation
There are no data on the safety and efficacy of using the drug during pregnancy; therefore, in the first trimester of pregnancy, it is not recommended to prescribe Aurobin. In the II and III trimesters of pregnancy, if necessary, use of the drug should correlate the expected benefits to the mother and the potential risk to the fetus. Breastfeeding period: corticosteroids and lidocaine penetrate into breast milk, so if you need to use the drug during lactation, you should decide whether to stop breastfeeding
