Dosage and Administration
The suppository is freed from the planimetric packaging, having previously cut it with scissors.
Apply rectally, 1 suppository 2-3 times a day; The maximum daily dose is 10 suppositories per day.
Adverse reactions
In case of hypersensitivity or overdose of the drug, allergic reactions, dry mouth, dilated pupils, constipation, dizziness, palpitations, photophobia, eyelid redness, urinary retention are possible.
Contraindications

Drug interactions
Belladonna alkaloids weaken the actions of m-cholinomimetics and anticholinesterase agents, corticotropin, ketoconazole, anti-coagulants, reduce the duration of action for anesthesia.

Pharmacological incompatibility with aminazine, diprazinom, caffeine, caffeine-benzoate sodium, pilocarpine, prozerin, thiamine bromide.

Overdosage
With a small overdose: dry mouth, dilated pupils, accommodation disturbance, tachycardia, photophobia, respiratory paralysis, difficulty urinating, intestinal atony, dizziness.
With severe intoxication: motor and mental excitement, severe anxiety, hypertension, photophobia, respiratory paralysis, nausea, vomiting, hallucinatory phenomena, convulsions.
