Pharmacodynamics

The action is determined by the effects of the components. Antispasmodic (lowering the tone of smooth muscle organs, including the gastrointestinal tract) and antisecretory effects (reducing the secretion of gastric, pancreatic, bronchial, salivary sweat glands and bile secretions) are due to alkaloids of the atropine group from decongestant extract (hyoscyamine, scopolamine, apoatropin, etc.) analgesic (on the mucous membrane of the esophagus and stomach) - anesthesin (benzocaine).

Indications

Diseases of the digestive tract, accompanied by pain, increased secretion, smooth muscle spasms.

Composition

1 tablet contains:

Active substances: anesthesin 0.3 g, belladonna extract (belladonna) thick 0.015 g;

Excipients: potato starch, talc, calcium stearate, gelatin.

Dosage and Administration

Adults: orally, on 1 tablet 2-3 times a day. The highest single dose - 2 pills, daily - 5 pills.
Children: by doctor's prescription.

Adverse reactions

Dry mouth, drowsiness, dizziness, mydriasis (dilated pupils), tachycardia.

Contraindications

Glaucoma, prostate adenoma.

Pregnancy and Lactation

Pregnant women should be used only in the case when, in the opinion of the doctor, the benefits of using the drug outweigh the potential risk to the fetus.

If breastfeeding is used, breastfeeding should be discontinued.

Special instructions

Overdosage
