Dosage and Administration
About 12 g (2 tablespoons) of bark are placed in an enamel bowl, 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water are poured, covered with a lid, heated in a boiling water bath with frequent stirring for 30 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 10 minutes, filter, the remaining raw material is pressed. The volume of the resulting broth is brought to 200 ml with boiled water. Take ½ cup inside at night and in the morning. It is recommended to shake the broth before drinking.
Adverse reactions
Allergic reactions are possible. With an overdose possible colicky pain in the abdomen, tenesmus, a feeling of discomfort in the abdomen. Long-term use leads to addiction and weakening or lack of a laxative effect.
