Clinical Pharmacology
Canephron H is a combination preparation of plant origin. It has a complex effect: diuretic, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial.
Indications
- chronic cystitis and pyelonephritis;
- chronic glomerulonephritis, chronic interstitial nephritis;
- prevention of urolithiasis (including after the removal of stones).
Composition
100 g contain water-alcohol extract * 29 g
* - for preparation of 100 g of aqueous-alcoholic extract 600 mg of centaury herb, 600 mg of lovage root, 600 mg of rosemary leaves are used. Other ingredients: ethanol 16.0-19.5 vol.%, Purified water.

Dosage and Administration
Inside, without chewing, washing down with a small amount of water.
Adults: 2 pills 3 times a day.
School children: 1 pill 3 times a day.
After weakening the severity of the disease should continue treatment with Kanefron N for 2-4 weeks.
Adverse reactions
Maybe: allergic reactions to the components of the drug.
Contraindications
Individual hypersensitivity to the components of the drug Canephron N.
Drug interactions
The use of Canephron N in combination with antibacterial drugs increases the effectiveness of antibacterial therapy.
Interaction with other drugs is still not known.
Pregnancy and Lactation
The question of the possibility of using the drug during pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding) is decided by the doctor individually.
Special instructions
Canephron H can be prescribed for both basic therapy and as an additional agent.
Influence on ability to drive motor transport and control mechanisms
The drug does not reduce the ability to manage vehicles and working with machines.
