The infusion of the shepherd's purse herb has a hemostatic effect, enhances the contractility of the smooth muscles of the uterus.
Indications
Shepherd's purse herb infusion is used for pulmonary, renal, uterine and stomach bleeding, for injuries, diarrhea.
Abundant menstrual bleeding in the complex therapy; slight bleeding in the post-coagulation period of treatment of cervical erosion.

Dosage and Administration
Apply topically, externally.
In case of purulent-inflammatory diseases of the skin and soft tissues, the surgical treatment of the wound surface is preliminarily performed and then the preparation is applied 1 to 2 times a day with a uniform thin layer. The duration of treatment depends on the form and severity of the disease (usually 5 - 10 days) and ends when fresh granulations appear, epithelium islets or complete epithelialization. In inflammatory processes in the maxillofacial area after opening and surgical treatment of abscesses and phlegmon, tampons impregnated with Abisil solution are injected into pockets and postoperative wounds. The procedure is repeated daily for 5-7 days.
For diseases of the oral cavity, treat the affected mucous surface 2 to 3 times a day or apply turunds soaked in the preparation.
For otitis media - insert a tampon moistened with the preparation into the external auditory canal.
When treating rhinitis, sinusitis is instilled into each nasal passage 1-2 drops 3-4 times a day. When sinusitis drug is injected in the maxillary sinus after its preliminary reorganization.
In the treatment of tonsillitis and other inflammatory diseases of the throat - to treat the mucous membranes with the drug 2 - 3 times a day.
For skin diseases - the drug is applied 1 - 3 times a day with a thin layer on the affected areas. The duration of the course is individual and depends on the severity of the disease.
Adverse reactions
Short-term burning sensation at the site of application. In persons with hypersensitivity to essential oils, allergic reactions are possible.
Contraindications
Individual intolerance.
Drug interactions
It should not be combined with other external agents.
Special instructions
Before using the bottle with the drug must be shaken.
Do not allow the drug to come into contact with the conjunctiva of the eye; if ingested, it is enough to wash the eye with water.
Do not apply on wet skin.
