Clinical Pharmacology
Cationorm is an ocular hypotonic emulsion (pH 5.0-7.5) in the form of a milky liquid that does not contain preservatives. Eye drops Kationorm are recommended to eliminate and alleviate the symptoms of "dry eye syndrome", manifested in the form of tingling, burning, itching, foreign body feeling (feeling of sand or dust in the eyes). These symptoms may be related to external factors (air conditioning, wind, pollution, smoke, dust, traveling by plane, etc.) or intense visual load (for example, prolonged use of a computer).
Cationorm moisturizes, lubricates and protects the surface of the eye.
Cationorm does not affect the quality of contact lenses.
Indications
Eye drops Kationorm are recommended to eliminate and alleviate the symptoms of "dry eye syndrome", manifested in the form of tingling, burning, itching, foreign body feeling (feeling of sand or dust in the eyes).
Composition
The eye drop emulsion contains:
- Mineral oils.
- Glycerol.
- Tiloxapol.
- Poloxamer 188.
- Tris hydrochloride.
- Tromethamine.
- Cationic compound tsetalkoniya chloride.
- Purified water.

Dosage and Administration
The recommended dose is 1 drop in each eye 1-4 times a day.
If you are already using other eye drops, the interval between use of each subsequent eye drops should be at least 5 minutes.
Adverse reactions
As with the use of other eye drops, there may be a slight temporary discomfort associated with instillation of the product.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug.
Special instructions
This product is not indicated for the treatment of other eye diseases.
