Dosage and Administration
4 filter package is placed in a glass or enamelware, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover and leave for 15 minutes, periodically pressing the bags with a spoon, then they are squeezed. The volume of the resulting infusion is brought to 200 ml with boiled water.
Apply externally to the bath (1-2 glasses per bath) or in the form of lotions (without dilution).
