

Cernilton Forte is a remedy for the treatment of diseases of the prostate gland of plant origin.
Cernilton has anti-inflammatory and anti-edema effects, contributes to the regulation of metabolic processes.
One of the pharmacological properties of the drug is dose-dependent inhibition of COX and 5-lipoxygenase, which leads to inhibition of the synthesis of inflammatory mediators of the arachidonic acid cycle: prostaglandins and leukotrienes and, consequently, to reduce inflammation and swelling of prostate tissue. The drug helps to eliminate pain.
Cernilton has a muscle relaxant effect, which leads to relaxation of smooth muscle elements of the posterior wall of the urethra and improve urination.
The drug reduces the volume of the prostate gland by inhibiting 5-alpha reductase, selectively blocks alpha1 - adrenoreceptors of the smooth muscle elements of the urethra, has anti-androgenic effect. Improves erectile function.

acute and chronic prostatitis, benign prostatic hyperplasia, benign prostatic hyperplasia in combination with prostatitis.

The drug is administered orally 30 minutes before meals, washed down with a small amount of water.
Acute prostatitis: 2 capsules 3 times a day. The duration of the course of treatment is determined by the attending physician and is usually 3 months.
Chronic prostatitis: 1 capsule 3 times a day. The duration of treatment is determined individually by the attending physician and is usually from 3 to 6 months.
Benign prostatic hyperplasia: 1 capsule 3 times a day. Duration of treatment is determined individually by the attending physician and is usually from 6 to 12 weeks, but can be increased to 6 months.
