Dosage and Administration

If the use of the ointment is combined with the use of eye drops, then the ointment can be applied only 1 time / day (before bedtime).Special instructionsIn the absence of significant clinical improvement within a relatively short period of time or in the event of allergic reactions, Colbiocin should be discontinued and appropriate antiallergic therapy should be carried out. Because rare cases of bone marrow hypoplasia have been reported due to long-term topical use of chloramphenicol, colbiocin should be used for short periods of time and under the supervision of an ophthalmologist.
