Clinical Pharmacology
Phytopreparation, whose components have a normalizing effect on the level of sex hormones.
It has a dopaminergic effect, which causes a decrease in prolactin production, i.e. eliminates hyperprolactinemia. The increased concentration of prolactin disrupts the secretion of gonadotropins, resulting in violations of the maturation of follicles, ovulation and the corpus luteum phase, which further leads to an imbalance between estradiol and progesterone. It is this hormonal imbalance that causes menstrual disorders and mastodynia. Cyclodynon normalizes the ratio of gonadotropic hormones, which leads to the normalization of the second phase of the menstrual cycle.
Prolactin also has a direct stimulating effect on proliferative processes in the mammary glands, increasing the formation of connective tissue and causing the expansion of the milk ducts. Reducing the content of prolactin leads to the reverse development of pathological processes in the mammary glands and suppresses pain syndrome.
Pharmacokinetics
The effect of the prutnyak ordinary fruit extract is the cumulative effect of its components, therefore, pharmacokinetic studies are not possible.

Composition
100 g drops for oral administration contain:
Active substances: dry extract of prutnyak ordinary fruit 192-288 mg.
Excipients: Povidone, sorbitol 70% (non-crystallizable), polysorbate 20, sodium sucrate dihydrate, peppermint flavoring, ethanol 96%, purified water.

Dosage and Administration
Assign 1 tablet 1 time / day in the morning. The course of treatment is at least 3 months in continuous mode. If, after discontinuation of the drug complaints appear again, you should consult with your doctor and continue treatment.
