Clinical Pharmacology

The drug activates cellular and humoral immunity. Optimizes specific reactions against fungal, viral and bacterial infections. The drug stimulates reparative and regenerative processes, normalizes the state of tissues and organs in dystrophy of vascular origin. Derinat promotes healing of trophic ulcers of various etiologies. Derinat promotes rapid healing of deep burns, significantly accelerating the dynamics of epithelialization. When restoring ulcers on the mucous under the action of Derinat, cicatricial recovery occurs. The drug does not have teratogenic and carcinogenic effects.

Derinat, when applied topically, is rapidly absorbed and distributed in organs and tissues with the participation of the endolymphatic transport route. In the phase of intensive delivery of the drug into the blood, there is a redistribution between the plasma and the blood cells, along with metabolism and excretion. Derinat is metabolized in the body. Excreted from the body (in the form of metabolites), partially with feces, and, to a greater extent, with urine by biexponential dependence.

Indications

Monotherapy:

acute respiratory infections (ARI);
prevention and treatment of acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI);
ophthalmology: inflammatory and dystrophic processes;
inflammatory diseases of the mucous membranes of the oral cavity;

Combined therapy:

chronic inflammatory diseases, fungal, bacterial and other mucosal infections in gynecology;
acute and chronic diseases of the upper respiratory tract (rhinitis, sinusitis, antritis, sinusitis);
obliterating diseases of the lower extremities;
trophic ulcers, nonhealing and infected wounds (including those with diabetes mellitus);
gangrene;
burns, frostbite;
hemorrhoids;
post-radiation necrosis of the skin and mucous membranes.

1 ml of solution contains sodium deoxyribonucleotide - 2.5 mg, sodium chloride - 1.0 mg

Dosage and Administration

Outwardly, locally.

The drug is prescribed to children from the first day of life and adults.

For the prevention of SARS - in each nasal passage 2 drops 2-4 times a day for 1 month. When symptoms of colds appear, every 1–1.5 hours during the day, then 2-3 drops in each nasal passage 3–4 times a day for 7–10 days (until recovery). In inflammatory diseases of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses - 3-5 drops in each nasal passage 3–6 times a day, or cotton swabs with the preparation are injected into each nasal passage 1-2 times a day for 5–10 minutes, the course duration is 1 –2 weeks

In chronic inflammatory diseases; fungal, bacterial and other infections and mucosal integrity in gynecological practice - intravaginal administration followed by irrigation of the cervix or intravaginal administration of tampons with the drug, 5 ml per procedure 1-2 times a day for 10-14 days.

Inflammatory eye diseases of a viral and bacterial nature (conjunctivitis, keratitis, adenoviral keratoconjunctivitis, uveitis, makulit, blepharitis) - 2 drops 4–6 times a day, a course - from 10 days to 1–3 months.

Injuries to the organ of vision, to speed up the healing process during surgical interventions - 2 drops 5 times a day, a course - 1–3 months.

Irritation of the eyes (including “computer visual syndrome”), progressive myopia and accommodation spasm - 2 drops 3 times a day during the month.

For diseases of the oral mucosa (stomatitis, gingivitis, aphthous ulcers), rinse the drug 4-6 times a day (1 bottle - 1-2 rinses). Duration of treatment is 5–10 days.

In proctology, it is used in the form of mikroklizm in the rectum of 15–40 ml, the course - 7-14 days.

With post-radiation necrosis of the skin and mucous membranes, with nonhealing wounds, burns, frostbite, trophic ulcers of various etiologies, gangrene - application dressings (gauze in two layers) are applied to the affected areas 3–4 times a day, with by simultaneous instillation into the nose, 1–2 drops 6 times a day (the course of treatment is 1–3 months).

Adverse reactions

Local reactions: moderate pain at the injection site.

Maybe: hypoglycemia (in patients with diabetes mellitus); in some cases, 1.5-3 hours after injection, short-term hyperthermia, which is stopped by the use of symptomatic agents.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the drug.

Drug interactions

Combined use with other drugs can increase the therapeutic effect of Derinat.
When combined, Derinat may enhance the effect of anticoagulants.

Pregnancy and Lactation

The patient should be warned that a consultation with a physician is necessary before using the drug during pregnancy and lactation. If necessary, the appointment of the drug during pregnancy should assess the expected benefits to the mother and the potential risk to the fetus.

Special instructions

Not allowed to / in the introduction of the drug Derinat!
To reduce pain when i / m administration, the drug is recommended to be administered slowly over 1-2 minutes.
Immediately before administering the drug, the bottle of solution should be warmed in your hand to body temperature.
