Clinical Pharmacology
Dicetel - myotropic antispasmodic drug with a moderately pronounced m-anticholinergic action.
Dicetel reduces spasm of smooth muscles of internal organs, reduces the secretion of hydrochloric acid.
Accelerates the evacuation function of the stomach, has no pronounced anticholinergic action.
Indications
- spasms of smooth muscles of the abdominal organs: dyskinesia of the colon, biliary dyskinesia;
- preparation for X-ray examination of the digestive tract with the use of barium.
Composition
Active ingredient: Pinavery bromide 50 mg;
Excipients: colloidal silicon dioxide; microcrystalline cellulose; talc; magnesium stearate; pregelatinized starch; lactose monohydrate

Dosage and Administration
Dicetel adults are prescribed 1 tablet 2 times a day (morning and evening).
If necessary (in exceptional cases), the dose may be increased to 3 tablets per day.
Adverse reactions
From the digestive system: rarely - dyspepsia, constipation, nausea.
Other: rarely - allergic reactions.
Contraindications
- hypersensitivity
- paralytic ileus,
- intestinal atony,
- toxic megacolon,
- severe ulcerative colitis.
Pregnancy and Lactation
During pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding) Ditsetel prescribed only in cases where the intended benefits to the mother outweigh the potential risk to the fetus or child.
Special instructions
Ditsetel prescribed to children only in cases where the intended benefit outweighs the potential risk.
Overdosage
Symptoms: overdose can lead to gastrointestinal disorders such as flatulence and diarrhea.
Treatment: special antidote unknown; symptomatic treatment is recommended.
