Pharmacokinetics
The effect of the drug Dormiplant is the cumulative effect of its components, therefore, conducting kinetic studies is not possible.
Indications
Increased nervous irritability. Violations of sleep.
Composition
1 tablet contains:
Active substances: dry extract of rhizomes with valerian roots * (3-6: 1) 160 mg dry extract of lemon balm leaves ** (4-6: 1) 80 mg.
Excipients: sucrose - 2.5 mg, crospovidone - 15 mg, hydrogenated castor oil - 23 mg, colloidal silicon dioxide - 11 mg, microcrystalline cellulose - 67 mg, magnesium stearate - 1.5 mg.
Shell composition: hypromellose - 20.08 mg, microcrystalline cellulose - 2.51 mg, stearic acid - 2.51 mg, titanium dioxide (Е171) - 2.421 mg, indigo carmine varnish (Е132) - 1.639 mg, talc - 0.46 mg, vanillin 0.282 mg, sodium saccharinate - 0.049 mg, defoaming emulsion in terms of dry substance - 0.049 mg.

Dosage and Administration
With increased nervous excitability, adults and children over 6 years old are prescribed 2 tab. 2 times / day in the morning and evening.
In case of violations of sleep, adults and children over 6 years old are prescribed 2 tab. 30 minutes before bedtime.
The time of taking the drug does not depend on the time of meals.
pills should be swallowed whole, without chewing, with a small amount of water.
Adverse reactions
Possible: allergic reactions.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to the drug;
- liver failure;
- children's age up to 6 years.
Drug interactions
With the simultaneous use of Dormiplant enhances the action of ethanol, sleeping pills and other drugs that inhibit the central nervous system, which may require dose adjustment.
Pregnancy and Lactation
Due to the lack of sufficient research to date, the drug Dormiplant is not recommended to be prescribed during pregnancy and during lactation (breastfeeding).
Special instructions
Do not use the drug for more than 1.5-2 months daily.
Impact on the ability to drive vehicles and other mechanisms that require high concentration of attention
The drug can reduce the speed of psychomotor reactions, therefore it is not recommended to prescribe Dormiplant immediately before starting to drive or work with mechanisms.

Currently, cases of drug overdose Dormiplant were reported.
