Clinical Pharmacology
The combined phytopreparation with expectorant and anti-inflammatory action. The effects of the drug due to the properties of its constituent components.
Licorice extract has a expectorant, anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic effect.
Ginger medicinal extract has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
The emblica drug extract has anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects.
Menthol, which is part of the preparation, has antispasmodic and antiseptic effects.
Indications
Symptomatic therapy of acute and chronic diseases of the upper respiratory tract, accompanied by dry cough:
- pharyngitis;
- laryngitis (including professional "lecturing" laryngitis);
- tracheitis;
- bronchitis.
Composition
Excipients: sucrose - 1618 mg, dextrose liquid - 1037 mg, glycerol - 1.5 mg, citric acid monohydrate - 5 mg, methyl parahydroxybenzoate - 5 mg, propyl parahydroxybenzoate - 0.5 mg, fruit flavoring - 7 mg, grape dye (a mixture of blue dyes - 0.022 mg and azorubine - 0.162 mg) - 0.184 mg.

Dosage and Administration
Adults are prescribed 1 pastille every 2 hours. Pastils should be slowly absorbed in the mouth. The maximum daily dose is 10 lozenges. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.

Drug interactions
Not recommended concomitant use with antitussive drugs, as well as with drugs that reduce the formation of sputum, because this makes it difficult for the sputum to come back.
