Zener has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and comedolytic action.
Erythromycin acts bacteriostatic on microorganisms that cause acne: Propionibacterium acne and Streptococcus epidermidis. Zinc reduces the secretion of sebaceous glands, has an astringent effect.
Acne treatment.
1 bottle contains erythromycin - 1.2 g, zinc acetate dihydrate -360 mg (1 ml of the prepared solution - erythromycin 40 mg and zinc acetate 12 mg);
solvent:ethanol - 17 g, diisopropyl sebactat - 7.8 g

Using the supplied applicator, the prepared Zineryt® solution is applied with a thin layer to the affected skin area 2 times / day: in the morning (before applying makeup) and in the evening (after washing). Apply the drug should be by tilting the bottle with the prepared solution down, with a slight pressure. The rate of application of the solution is regulated by the force of pressure of the applicator on the skin. Approximate single dose - 0.5 ml. After drying, the solution becomes invisible.

Local reactions: sometimes there may be a burning sensation, irritation, dry skin at the site of application of the drug. As a rule, these phenomena are mild and do not require discontinuation of the drug and / or symptomatic therapy.

When using the drug, cross-resistance to other macrolide antibiotics, lincomycin, clindamycin may occur.
