Clinical Pharmacology
Antiseptic agent for local use in ENT practice and dentistry. It has a bacteriostatic effect.
Active against Streptococcus haemoliticus, Streptococcus viridans and Pneumococcus.
Indications
Prevention and treatment of acute infectious and inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity and larynx (tonsillitis, stomatitis, gingivitis).
Prevention of infectious and inflammatory diseases after extraction of teeth.
Composition
1 tablet contains:
Active substances: amazona monohydrate - 10 mg.
Excipients: cocoa, sucrose, lactose monohydrate, gum arabic, polyvidone K30, magnesium stearate, lemon flavor.
Lemon-flavored lozenges:
1 tab. contains amazona monohydrate 10 mg, excipients: cocoa; sugar (sucrose); lactose monohydrate; gum arabic; polyvidone K30; magnesium stearate; lemon flavor.

Dosage and Administration
- Adults: 30-50 mg / day, for 3-4 days.
- Children from 3 to 7 years: 30 mg / day.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to ambazone.

Special instructions
Assign children older than 3 years.
After taking ambazone, it is recommended to refrain from eating and drinking for 3 hours.
Overdosage
Not identified. If you accidentally took the drug in a large dose, it is recommended to induce vomiting and flush the stomach.
