Clinical Pharmacology
Flamin - a means of plant origin; It has a choleretic, cholekinetic, choleretic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antispasmodic and wound-healing effect. Strengthens the secretion of bile and increases the content of bilirubin in it, increases the tone of the gallbladder and promotes the flow of bile.
It has a relaxing effect on the smooth muscles of the sphincters of the gallbladder and biliary tract, changes the viscosity and chemical composition of bile. Stimulating the secretion of gastric juice and slowing down the evacuation function of the stomach and intestines, contributes to a better digestion of food. Activates exocrine pancreatic activity; dilates the blood vessels of the intestines. Promoting the secretion of cholesterol with bile, has a cholesterol-lowering effect; has antibacterial activity against gram-positive bacteria.

Dosage and Administration
Flamin is used as a suspension. To the contents of the jar add freshly boiled and cooled to room temperature (up to the 100 ml mark) water, shaken until a uniform suspension is formed. Give children in the following doses:from 1 month to 1 year - single 2, 5 ml, daily up to 7, 5 ml;1 - 3 years - one-time 5 ml, daily 15 ml;45 years - single 7, 5 ml, daily 22, 5 ml;older than 5 years - single 10 ml, daily 30 ml. The course of treatment is 10 - 14 days. If necessary, the course of treatment is extended.
Adverse reactions
Allergic reactions, increased blood pressure in patients with arterial hypertension.
