Clinical Pharmacology
Broth or infusion of collection has anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, choleretic and mild laxative effect.
Indications
Spasms of the gastrointestinal tract, constipation (as a mild laxative).
Composition
Buckthorn bark 30%, Nettle leaves 30%, Peppermint leaves 20%, Valerian rhizomes with roots 10%, Calamus rhizomes 10%

Dosage and Administration
Two filter bags (4 g) are placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover and infuse for 30 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then wring them out. The volume of the resulting infusion is brought to 200 ml with boiled water.
Administered orally on 1/2 glasses in the morning and in the evening. Before use, the infusion is recommended to shake.
Adverse reactions
Allergic reactions are possible. With prolonged use, the possible feeling of thirst, headache, pain in the heart, weight loss, weakening or lack of a laxative effect, constipation. In case of overdose, colic-like pains in the abdomen are possible.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug; intestinal obstruction, spastic constipation, bleeding, acute abdomen syndrome, appendicitis, other inflammatory processes in the abdominal cavity, pregnancy, breastfeeding period.
