Pharmacokinetics
After ingestion is well absorbed in the small intestine. Cmax in blood plasma is achieved 1-3 hours after taking the drug. Approximately 60% of the drug and its metabolites are excreted in the urine, 5% - with feces, about 2% - lungs. It can cross the placental barrier; in the milk of lactating women.
Combined therapy of inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract (acute and chronic bronchitis, sinusitis).
1 capsule contains:
Active substance: myrtol standardized 300 mg;
Excipients: medium chain triglycerides; gelatin; glycerol; sorbitol; hydrochloric acid 13%
Enteric coating: hypromellose acetate succinate; triethyl acetate; sodium lauryl sulfate; talc; dextrin; ammonium glycyrrhizinate.

Adults and children over 10 years
Adults: in acute inflammation, 1 capsule 3-4 times a day; in chronic inflammation - 1 capsule 2 times a day; to facilitate sputum discharge in the morning - an additional 1 capsule at bedtime.
Children from 10 to 18 years: in acute inflammation - 1 capsule 2 times a day; with chronic inflammation - 1 capsule per day.
The duration of treatment depends on the severity of the symptoms of the disease and is determined by the attending physician.
Allergic reactions (itching, skin rash, swelling of the face, bronchospasm), shortness of breath, tachycardia, dry mouth, stomach pain, flatulence, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, increased mobility of kidney stones and gall bladder are possible.

Treatment: the appointment of vaseline oil in a dose of 3 ml / kg; gastric lavage with 5% sodium bicarbonate solution (baking soda); oxygen ventilation.
