Clinical Pharmacology
Hexalyse - antiseptic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory.
Indications
For the local treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the mucous membranes of the oral cavity, pharynx and larynx, caused by microorganisms that are sensitive to biclotymol, lysozyme and enoxolone:
- diseases of the nasopharynx;
- acute and chronic pharyngitis;
- pharyngolaryngitis;
- tonsillitis;
- conditions after tonsillectomy;
- glossitis.
Composition
Active ingredients:biclotymol 5 mg; lysozyme 5 mg; enoxolone 5 mg

Dosage and Administration
Sublingually (without chewing, keep in mouth until complete resorption). Daily dose - 6-8 pills, no more than 10 days.
Adverse reactions
Possible: allergic reactions, superinfection; with prolonged use (more than 10 days) - oral dysbacteriosis with the risk of spreading bacterial and fungal infections.
Contraindications
- children's age up to 6 years;
- Hypersensitivity to the drug.
Pregnancy and Lactation
During pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding) Hexalyse is prescribed only under strict indications.
Special instructions
In appointing Hexalyse to patients with diabetes mellitus, it is necessary to take into account that 1 tablet contains 1.054 g of sugar.
