Clinical Pharmacology
The drug has a pronounced anti-inflammatory effect, and also normalizes the tone of the smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract: helps to eliminate spasm without affecting normal peristalsis, and with a reduced tone and motility has a tonic, prokinetic effect. Indications
The drug is used to treat functional disorders of the gastrointestinal tract (including irritable bowel syndrome), manifested by heaviness in the epigastric region, spasms of the stomach or intestines, belching, nausea, flatulence, constipation, diarrhea, or their alternation, as well as in complex therapy gastritis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer.

Dosage and Administration
For oral use
Take before meals or with meals, with a small amount of water, 20 drops 3 times a day.
The duration of therapy is 4 weeks. Increasing the duration of the course and repeated courses of treatment is possible on the recommendation of a doctor.
Adverse reactions
Allergic skin reactions, shortness of breath, as well as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea are possible. If you experience adverse reactions, you must cancel the drug and consult a doctor.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, calculous cholecystitis.
Children's age (up to 18 years) - (due to the lack of clinical data).
Pregnancy and Lactation
The drug should not be used during pregnancy, as well as during breastfeeding.
Special instructions
The content in the preparation of ethyl alcohol ranges from 29.5 to 32.6% (by volume). When taking a single dose (20 drops), the patient receives up to 0.24 g of absolute ethanol. The maximum daily dose of the drug (60 drops) contains up to 0.72 g of absolute ethanol. When applied in recommended doses, the drug does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and work with mechanisms.
During storage, slight turbidity or slight precipitation may occur, which does not affect the therapeutic efficacy of the drug. Shake the contents of the bottle before use.
