Clinical Pharmacology
Kalanchoe has anti-inflammatory effect, helps clean wounds from necrotic tissue, stimulates regeneration.
Indications
Trophic ulcers, non-healing wounds, burns, pressure sores, nipple cracks in nursing mothers, aphthous stomatitis, gingivitis.
Composition
Juice of fresh leaves and green parts of the stems of the Kalanchoe plant.

Dosage and Administration
Externally, apply 1-3 ml (using a syringe) to the affected surface and apply a gauze bandage, richly soaked with juice, in 4-5 layers. The dressing is changed daily, then every other day. Once a day, additionally moisten the lower layers of the dressing with juice (removing the upper layers). The course of treatment is 15-20 days. On the mucous membranes of the oral cavity is applied in the form of applications 3-4 times a day.
Adverse reactions
Allergic reactions, local reactions (burning). In dentistry, the juice is heated to a temperature of 37 degrees C. before use in a water bath.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity.
