Klenzit-C is a combined preparation for external use.
Adapalen is a retinoid metabolite that has anti-inflammatory and pronounced comedonolytic (affects open and closed comedones) action, normalizes the processes of keratinization and epidermal differentiation. Reduces the binding of follicular epithelial cells involved in the formation of microcomedo. Suppresses chemotaxis and chemokinetic reactions of polynuclear cells in humans.
Clindamycin is a bacteriostatic antibiotic from the group of lincosamides, has a broad spectrum of activity, binds to the 50S subunit of the ribosomal membrane and inhibits protein synthesis in the microbial cell.

Composition
1 g contains adapalen (micronized) 1 mg, clindamycin (in the form of phosphate) 10 mg, excipients: disodium edetate, carbomer 940 (carbopol 940), propylene glycol, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, phenoxyethanol, poloxamer 407, sodium hydrochloride, purified water.

Dosage and Administration
