Dosage and Administration

Inside
Shredded raw materials: to prepare a decoction of about 6 g (1 tablespoon) of the collection is placed in an enameled bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover with lid and heat on a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, cool at room temperature for 10 minutes, filter, the remaining raw material is pressed. The volume of the resulting broth is brought with boiled water to an initial volume of 200 ml.
Accept on 1 / 2-1 glass for the night.
