Lemon balm

Dosage and Administration

2 tablespoons (3.0 g) are placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover and infuse for 15 minutes, periodically pressing the bags with a spoon, then squeezing them. The volume of the resulting infusion is brought to 200 ml with boiled water.

Administered orally on 1/2 - 1/3 Ctakan 2-3 times a day in 1 hour after food. The course of treatment is 3-4 weeks. Before use, the infusion is recommended to shake.

Allergic reactions.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the drug, drowsiness, lethargy, lethargy, pregnancy, lactation, children up to 12 years.

Drug interactions

Enhances the action of hypnotics and other drugs that depress the central nervous system.

Special instructions

In case of individual intolerance, infusion of lemon balm is replaced with valerian preparations.
