Clinical Pharmacology

Hydrogel, burns, sterile dressing agents based on hydroxypropylcellulose with immobilized drugs are intended to provide first aid for burns, including radiation, as well as to treat granulating wounds of various etiologies, including sluggish wounds, to relieve inflammation in skin diseases, cosmetic procedures on the skin of the face, neck, décolleté, as well as for the treatment of insect bite sites.

Means dressings have a cooling, analgesic, bacteriostatic effect, create conditions for the normal course of regeneration processes.

2. MAIN TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

The dressing means is a biologically active hydrogel with immobilized 2-allyloxyethanol and lidocaine applied on a napkin made of non-woven fabric (“LIOXASIN-SP”), as well as individually packaged “LIOXAZIN-Gel”.

Version 1. Hydrogel dressing device, anti-burn “LIOXAZIN-SP”, sterile, based on hydroxypropylcellulose with immobilized 2-allyloxyethanol and lidocaine on a napkin in individual packaging.

Version 2. Hydrogel dressing device, anti-burn “LIOXAZIN-Gel”, sterile, based on hydroxypropylcellulose with immobilized 2-allyloxyethanol and lidocaine in individual packaging.

The mechanism of action is based on improving the microcirculation of dermal vessels by preventing early spasm of the arteries of the deep vascular plexus of the skin, weakening the pathological afferentation of the affected areas that occurs during ionizing radiation, burns of any etiology, activating the growth of granulations and epithelium. Antimicrobial activity is associated with growth retardation of microflora under St.epid samples. and Ps. aeroginosa.

The dressing tool "Lyoxazin-SP" is a cloth with a biologically active hydrogel composition applied on it and is available in the following sizes:

Dosage and Administration

To prepare for the use of the product should:

- open the package “Lyoxazin-SP” according to the notches, remove and unfold the napkin, treat the affected surface (burn);

- open the package “LIOXAZIN-Gel”, open the package with a sterile gauze napkin and remove it, squeeze the gel onto the surface of the napkin and distribute over the entire area of the lesion (burn, wound).

a. In case of burns of the I-II degree, “LIOXIN-SP” is used, including radiation and solar ones: immediately after the occurrence, treat the affected area; after 6 hours, repeat the treatment of the affected area, then daily 1 time per day until epithelialization.

b. For burns I-IIIa, LIOXIN-Gel, including solar and radiation, is used: immediately after it occurs, apply the gel with a sterile gauze wipe to the affected area; after 6 hours, repeat the treatment of the affected area, then daily 1 time per day until the wound heals.

c. For insect bites: treat bite site.
