Dietary supplement, effervescent pills containing magnesium.
The trace element Magnesium is needed:
- Elderly people with cardiovascular diseases
- People subject to stress, fatigue, depression
- In the states accompanying metabolic disorders (muscle cramps)
Indications
It is recommended as dietary supplement to food - an additional source of magnesium.

Dosage and Administration
Adults take 1 tablet 2 times a day with meals, after dissolving the tablet in a glass (200 ml) of water. Reception duration - 20 days. If necessary, the reception can be repeated.
Contraindications
Individual intolerance to the components, pregnancy, breast-feeding.
