Clinical Pharmacology
Combined preparation for external use. It has a local anesthetic effect. Menthol, when applied to the skin and mucous membranes, causes irritation of nerve endings, expands the superficial vessels of the skin, causing a sensation of coolness, accompanied by an analgesic effect, and thereby enhances the anesthetic effect of novocaine and anesthesin; relieves itching.
Indications
Neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia and pruritic dermatosis.

- Novocaine (procain) 1 g
- Anestezina 1 g
- Ethyl alcohol 70% (ethanol) to 100 ml

Dosage and Administration
Topically, rubbing painful skin 2-3 times a day. The course of treatment continues depending on the therapeutic effect, but not more than 3-4 weeks. If necessary, the course can be repeated.
Adverse reactions
With prolonged use - dizziness, weakness, lowering blood pressure.
In these cases, stop using the drug.

Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug, a violation of the skin at the site of application.
