Clinical Pharmacology

Nicoflex - the combined drug, has a local irritating, analgesic and resolving effect. Contains substances that cause long-term expansion of the surface vessels at the site of application, increase the temperature of the skin and cause a feeling of heat. The action is associated with the irritating and distracting effects of capsaicin, the analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity of glycol-salicylate, and the resorbability of ethyl nicotinate.

Indications

Bruises, sprains; arthrosis, myalgia, neuralgia, chronic neuritis, polyarthritis (chronic and subacute), sciatica, tendovaginitis (in the partial remission phase); for warming up muscles before and after playing sports.

Capsaicin 7.5 mg, ethyl nicotinate 1000 mg, ethylene glycol salicylate 4500 mg

Dosage and Administration

For oral use 30 minutes before meals, chewing with a small amount of water or pre-grinding and mixing with a small amount of boiled water at room temperature.

As a remedy: in the treatment of acute and chronic gastritis and increased acidity of gastric juice for adults- 1-2 pills, children from 3 to 12 years - 1/2 tablet from 12 to 18 years - 1 tablet 3 times a day for 30 days.

With acute gastritis and insufficient effect of the daily dose can be increased by 2 times.

The effect of treatment usually comes to the end of the first week.

In the treatment of gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer for adults - 3-4 pills 3 times a day for 30 days.

As a prophylactic agent: 1-2 pills 3 times a day for 15 days, in cases of alcohol or tobacco abuse, 1-2 pills 2-3 times a day.
