Pharmacodynamics
Dibazol (bendazole) - antispasmodic myotropic action. It has a vasodilator, antispasmodic effect.
Papaverine hydrochloride is myotropic antispasmodic. Reduces the tone of smooth muscles of internal organs and blood vessels. Causes dilation of arteries, contributes to increased blood flow, incl. cerebral
Papazol used for spasms of peripheral vessels and vessels of the brain and spasms of smooth muscles of the abdominal organs.

Active ingredients: Dibazol 0.03 g; papaverine hydrochloride 0.03 g;
Excipients: potato starch; powdered sugar; talc; calcium stearic acid or stearic acid

Pharmacodynamic: with simultaneous use with antispasmodics, sedatives, diuretics (dichlothiazide, diacarb, furosemide, spironolactone, etc.), tricyclic antidepressants, procainamide, reserpine, quinidine sulfate may increase hypotensive effect. Weakens the effect of anticholinesterase drugs (galantamine, prozerin, physostigmine, etc.) on smooth muscle; reduces the antiparkinsonian effect of levodopa.
With the combined use of Papazol and nitrofurantoin, the development of hepatitis is possible.
Pharmacokinetic: adsorbents, binders and coating agents reduce the absorption of the drug in the gastrointestinal tract.
During pregnancy and lactation, the safety of the drug has not been established.
During the period of treatment should be excluded alcohol.
With caution and in small doses, the drug should be prescribed to elderly and debilitated patients, as well as to patients with traumatic brain injury, impaired liver and kidney function, hypothyroidism, adrenal insufficiency, prostatic hypertrophy.
