Clinical Pharmacology
A broad-spectrum immunomodulator that activates the reticuloendothelial, hypothalamic-pituitary and fibrinolytic systems. It has desensitizing and anti-inflammatory properties, increases the general and specific resistance of the body, affects the hypothalamus thermoregulatory centers.

Dosage and Administration
Rectal, 1 suppository per day, every day or every other day, initial dose - 50 mcg, maximum dose - 200 mcg. The course of treatment is 12-15 suppositories. The recommended treatment is as follows: 50, 50, 50, 100, 100, 100, 150, 150, 150, 200, 200, 200 μg. When using suppositories as monotherapy for immunorehabilitation with incomplete recovery from acute bacterial or viral disease, suppositories of 50 or 100 μg should be used. The course of treatment is 5-10 suppositories.
Simultaneous treatment with suppositories and intramuscular injections is possible.
Adverse reactions
Increase in body temperature to 37.5 ° C), chills, malaise; rarely - hyperthermia (up to 39.5 ° C), severe chills, headache, back pain.
Contraindications
With caution: diseases of the cardiovascular system, kidney, diabetes mellitus, reduction of seizure threshold, seizures, febrile seizures.

Special instructions
If within 6-8 hours hyperthermia occurs up to 39.5 ° C, severe chills, headache, back pain, it is recommended to reduce the dose of the drug. When using the drug for pyrotherapy, the above reactions are permissible.
In the presence of convulsive readiness, the drug is prescribed on the background of anticonvulsant therapy.
