Clinical Pharmacology
Sodium nucleinate isolated from baking yeast. Sodium nucleinate has the activity of a polyclonal immunostimulator, regulating the migration of T-lymphocytes and the processes of cooperation between T-and B-lymphocytes, enhances the phagocytic activity of macrophages and the production of factors of nonspecific protection. Possesses a wide range of biological activity. Accelerates the processes of tissue regeneration, stimulates the activity of the bone marrow and leukopoez.
Indications
Sodium nucleate is used in adults in the treatment of infectious diseases occurring against the background of secondary immunodeficiency states.
Chronic nonspecific lung diseases. Chronic recurrent viral and bacterial infections that do not respond well to standard therapy. For the correction of secondary immunodeficiency states associated with aging. For the correction of leukopenia and agranulocytosis.
Composition
1 tablet contains sodium nucleinate (in terms of dry substance) - 250 mg.

Excipients: calcium stearate, potato starch, low molecular weight polyvinylpyrrolidone, refined sugar, aerosil, beeswax, titanium dioxide, edible gelatin, magnesium basic carbonate, sunflower oil, paraffin, talc.

Dosage and administration
Inside, after eating. The daily dose is 1 - 2 g in 3 - 4 doses.The course of treatment is 10 days (depending on the severity of the disease - up to 6 weeks).
For elderly and senile patients with a lowered immune status - 1 - 1.5 g / day for 2 - 3 weeks, 2 times a year (in spring and autumn).
With leukopenia for adults - 1 tablet 2 - 3 times a day, the course of treatment is determined individually, on average 10 days.
A course of drug therapy (including for the treatment of chronic diseases) is possible two to three times a year.
