It has a direct effect on the myocardium, enhancing the metabolic processes in it, improving functions and increasing its sensitivity to sympathetic impulses. Increases the tone of peripheral blood vessels. Improves pulmonary ventilation, pulmonary blood flow.
Due to the solubility in water, the drug is rapidly absorbed by subcutaneous and intramuscular administration. Does not cause the formation of infiltrates and complications (oleomas). Perhaps intravenous administration.
