Clinical Pharmacology
Participates in the implementation of positive and negative feedback in the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian system, has a stabilizing effect on the gonadotropic function of the pituitary and the hypothalamic center, without exerting an estrogenic effect on the target organs; strengthens contractions of the uterus; increases placental blood flow; promotes an increase in blood concentrations of beta-lipoproteins, increased tissue sensitivity to insulin action and glucose utilization.
Indications
Climacteric syndrome (manifested by "tides", increased sweating, sleep disturbances, irritability, depression, forgetfulness, degenerative changes in the skin and mucous membranes - brittle nails, thinning of the skin, the formation of wrinkles, degeneration of the mucous urogenital tract).
Composition
One tablet contains: Active ingredient: mesodiethylethylenedibenzenesulfonate dipotassium dihydrate (syhetin) 100 mg; Excipients: starch 44 mg, stearic acid 2.2 mg, microcrystalline cellulose 73.8 mg.

Dosage and Administration
Take orally, regardless of the time of the meal, with menopausal disorders in women, 1 tablet per day. The daily dose is up to 2 tablets per day. The course of treatment is 30-40 days.
Adverse effects
