If your country is not on the list, it means we don't ship there due to strict customs regulations. However, we can still ship your order if you'd like, but we will not refund or reship orders sent to high-risk countries.
How long delivery takes? How much it costs? Is it guaranteed to arrive?
Delivery takes between 2 to 6 weeks. Shipping fee is $10 for any order size. Shipments generally arrive faster in the summer, while winter may cause delays. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe for any reason—though this happens very rarely—we will reship it free of charge or issue a full refund.
Will i receive a tracking number?
Yes, all shipments are tracked. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please monitor your shipment from time to time, as it may sometimes await pickup at the post office for weeks.
There are no updates on the tracking number for a week. Is it normal?
This is completely normal and nothing to worry about. Once your shipment leaves the origin country, the next tracking update often appears only when it arrives in the destination country.
I need my order urgently, like in 2 days, can you ship via fedex/dhl?
Unfortunately, courier services like FedEx and DHL do not accept pharmaceuticals. Therefore, we can only ship via regular tracked airmail.
Are your products authentic?
Yes, we sell only genuine medicines that are approved and manufactured for human consumption. All the medicines available on our website are the same as those sold in regular, state-regulated pharmacies. We can provide certificates of quality upon request.
Can i pay with my credit card or paypal?
Currently, we accept card and bank payments via HowToPay. Unfortunately, PayPal does not allow the sale of pharmaceuticals, so we cannot use it. Consider paying with cryptocurrency—it’s easy to use, and we offer a 20% discount for cryptocurrency payments with the coupon code btc20off.
Is it legal to order my medicines from you?

I just placed an order and don't understand how to pay, where do i put my card info?
Once you place an order, we first verify that the product is in stock. Then, we send you an invoice for payment, with the link to the payment page. The invoices are sent manually, so it may take some time. If you haven’t received one within a business day, please contact us.
I don't see hundreds of reviews on trustpilot, are you guys legit?
It's true that we don’t have many reviews on Trustpilot. This is because we don’t send automatic invitations for reviews after orders are placed, as we prefer not to bother our clients. However, we often receive kind feedback via email, which is enough for us to know we’ve helped someone.
