Clinical Pharmacology
Kidney tea has diuretic properties. The diuretic effect is accompanied by increased excretion of urea, uric acid and chlorides from the body; diuresis is doubled, the release of chlorides by 39%, the release of lead in experimental poisoning of animals increases by 25%. Lead secretion begins about 5 days earlier than without the use of kidney tea, lead is faster excreted from the body. Kidney tea has an antispastic effect on organs with smooth muscles, and also increases the secretion of gastric juice and increases bile secretion.
Indications
In complex therapy for edema resulting from renal dysfunction, chronic heart failure.

Dosage and Administration
2 filter package is placed in a glass or enamelware, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover and infuse for 15 minutes, periodically pressing on the bag with a spoon, then wring out. The volume of the resulting infusion is brought to 100 ml with boiled water. The infusion is applied in the form of heat, 1/2 cup 2 times a day, 20-30 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks. Repeated treatment is possible in consultation with the doctor. Before use, the infusion is recommended to shake.

Allergic reactions are possible.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug, pregnancy, lactation, children up to 12 years.
Special instructions
Kidney tea is effective with long-term use (for 4-6 months).
