Clinical Pharmacology
Myorelaxing Arduan blocks the n-cholinergic receptors of skeletal muscles, prevents them from contact with the mediator (acetylcholine), inhibits the depolarization of the end plate and disrupts neuromuscular transmission.
Indications
Relaxation of striated muscles during operations and diagnostic procedures in conditions of mechanical ventilation.
Composition
1 fl. contains pipecuronium bromide 4 mg
No customer reviews for the moment.
Dosage and Administration
IV. Immediately before administration of 4 mg of dry matter, Arduan is diluted with the attached solvent. With balanced anesthesia, the Arduana ED50 and ED90 are 0.03 and 0.05 mg / kg body weight, respectively. The minimum time required for the onset of effect is noted at doses of 0.07–0.08 mg / kg.
Adverse reactions
Bradycardia, hypotension; rarely - anaphylactic reactions.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, myasthenia.
Special instructions
The dose of Arduan is selected for each patient individually, taking into account the type of anesthesia, the expected duration of surgery, possible interactions with other drugs used before or during anesthesia, associated diseases and the patient's condition. Peripheral nerve stimulator is recommended to control the neuromuscular block.
Arduan should be administered under the supervision of an experienced clinician familiar with the action and use of such drugs.
