Besalol - antiseptic, antispasmodic, hyposecretory, anti-inflammatory.
Pharmacodynamics
Antispasmodic and antisecretory effects (decrease secretion of gastric, pancreatic, bronchial, saliva, sweat glands and bile flow) due to m-anticholinegic (extract belladonna), antiseptic - phenol (phenyl salicylate released from the alkaline medium of the intestine), anti - salicylic acid.
Indications
Diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, accompanied by spasms of smooth muscles of the abdominal organs and intestinal dysbiosis (enteritis, colitis).
Composition
1 tablet contains:
Active substances: belladonna extract (belladonna) thick 10 mg, phenyl salicylate 30 mg;
Excipients: potato starch, talc, stearic acid.

Dosage and Administration
Adults: inside 1 tablet 2-3 times a day.
Adverse reactions
Dry mouth, thirst, mydriasis, accommodation disturbance.
Contraindications
Glaucoma, prostate adenoma.
Special instructions
Do not use the drug in the management of transport and during work that requires a high rate of mental and physical reactions.
