Clinical Pharmacology
Combined drug; has antispasmodic (belladonna extract) and anti-inflammatory (ichthyol) effect.
Indications
Hemorrhoids, anal fissures.
Composition
1 suppository contains: active substances - belladonna extract thick (containing the sum of belladonna alkaloids in terms of hyoscyamine 1.5%) - 0.015 g, ichthammol (ichthyol) - 0.2 g; suppository bases: solid fat (Witepsol, supposir) - sufficient amount to obtain a suppository weighing 1.23 g.

Dosage and Administration
Rectal, 1-3 suppositories per day, but not more than 10 suppositories per day, after cleansing enema or spontaneous cleansing of the intestine.
Adverse reactions
With increased sensitivity to the components of the drug and its overdose, dry mouth, thirst, constipation, rapid heartbeat, dilated pupils and other visual disturbances are possible, and in case of poisoning - psychomotor agitation, convulsions, urinary retention. If these signs appear, you should stop using the drug and immediately consult a doctor.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, angle-closure glaucoma, prostate adenoma, age up to 18 years.

Special instructions
During the period of treatment, care should be taken when driving vehicles and engaging in other potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration, psychomotor speed and good vision.
Overdosage
In case of overdose, dry mouth, thirst, constipation, tachycardia, mydriasis and other temporary visual disturbances are possible, in more severe cases - psychomotor agitation, convulsions, urinary retention.
