Indications

Composition

1 year ointment for external use contains:
active substance: urea (carbamide) (in terms of 100%) - 0.3 g
Excipients: wax emulsion - 0.06 g, liquid paraffin (liquid paraffin) - 0.06 g, glycerol (glycerin) (in terms of 100%) - 0.1 g, glycine (aminoacetic acid) - 0.002 g, ethanol (ethyl alcohol ) 95% - 0.1 g, purified water to 1 g.

Dosage and Administration

Topically. In case of skin diseases accompanied by excessive keratinization (ichthyosis, ichthyosiiform dermatoses, keratoderma, psoriasis, chronic eczema, Deverghi disease, follicular keratosis, motility, dry skin, ointment is applied to the areas of horny layers in a thin layer with a thin layer of 2 times in a clump of horny layers, with a thin layer of 2 times in horny layers, a thin layer of a thin layer of a layer of horny layers, a thin layer of a thin layer, 2 times a day, etc. dressings. In case of warts, the ointment is applied for 2-8 hours under the adhesive plaster, then the softened part of the wart is cut off, after which its removal is possible.
To facilitate the cutting and processing of nails with ingrown nails, onychomycosis, onihogriposis, onychodystrophy, hard nails, Uroderm ointment is applied to the nails for 20-30 minutes, then they are cut. With a significant thickening of the nails, ointment is applied 2 times a day, glued with adhesive tape, treated after softening.

The duration of treatment for skin diseases depends on the location and severity of the process and can be several weeks. To facilitate the cutting and processing of nails ointment can be used 2-3 times a month, the duration of its use in such cases is not limited.

Adverse reactions

When used in the acute period of skin disease, in some cases it is possible to increase the itching and redness of the skin at the sites of application of the drug, which requires its temporary cancellation to reduce the severity of the process. Allergic reactions are possible.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug Uroderm. It should not be applied to large surfaces for renal, hepatic and cardiovascular failure.

Drug interactions

The ability of urea to loosen the stratum corneum of the skin creates conditions for increasing the resorption of other external agents, which enhances their action. The ointment can be alternated (morning-evening) with any other external means, except keratolytic (salicylic ointment).

Pregnancy and Lactation
