Clinical Pharmacology

Pharmacokinetics
Magnesium oxide in the stomach is converted to magnesium chloride, which is absorbed in the small intestine using a passive suction mechanism, the absorption level does not exceed 50%. Excretion of magnesium is mainly carried out with urine. The action of the components is difficult for kinetic observations.

Dosage and Administration

For oral administration.
On 2 pills 2 times a day (in the morning and in the evening) to food, washing down with water.
Duration of treatment is 3-4 weeks.
The interval between courses of treatment is 3 weeks.
